A very good 19th century English chimneypiece in Bathstone in the Gothic manner with fielded Trefoil ornamentation carved into the corner blocks and conforming carved panels to the jambs and frieze, the latter flanking a plain centre tablet above a Gothic arch with foliate carved spandrels bearing the date 1843.
